Do you print your own clothing?

All orders are printed and fulfilled in house by Nerdvana Clothing

What brand shirts do you use?

All tanks are printed on Tultex, Bella-Canvas or American Apparel tanks. Tees are printed on Tultex or Ei-Lo brand Tees.

How do I know what size shirt to order?

Each product page has links to sizing charts. Refer to these charts and any special instructions given per product.

What are the washing instructions?

The best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them on cold. Since all of the shirts have some percentage of cotton, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. For the least shrinkage, dry on low or hang dry.

How long does it take for shirts to arrive?

Please allow 3-5 days for production of all clothing prior to shipment.

Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 3-5 business days. International orders usually take 2-3 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. The tracking for international orders will not update once the package leaves the US, but the order is still on its way.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on your country and the size of your order. The easiest way to determine your shipping cost is to add the items to your cart and select your country during checkout. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn shirts can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with your original purchase. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. If you have further questions please contact us.
