“Terms and Conditions

This is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter “you”) and Nerdvana Clothing Services (“we”) By us providing a Digital Link for downloading and for the purpose of printing a specific 3D model (“Product”) and by you purchasing the Digital Link, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

You
• Will get access to the Digital Link and may download the Product three (3) times for the purpose of 3D printing after your purchase has been confirmed and the Digital Link has been sent.
• Will not resell, redistribute or share the Digital Link
• Will only use the Digital Link and/or Product for personal use, not commercial use.
• The Digital Link and Product may not be used for illegal purposes.
Refund from Digital products
• We do not issue refunds for Digital Links and/or Products once the order is confirmed and the Digital Link is sent and downloaded.
• We provide money-back guarantee if a purchased Product has some errors and we cannot correct these errors or help with them.

Compensation, “As is”

• We will make our best efforts to ensure that the 3D images in the catalogue published on the website are as accurate as possible in the creation itself when printed by you. However, having regard to the mode of presentation of digital creations on the internet, it is possible that the perception by the purchaser of the photographic representation of the creations do not correspond exactly to the creation itself. Differences may result from colour photographs, difficulty to appear on the screen rendering or materials, without being exhaustive, technical adaptation. These differences cannot be interpreted as lack of conformity and cannot avoid the sale.

• Your only form of compensation shall be repair or replacement and shall never exceed the actual amount received from you by us for the Digital Link. We are not liable for any direct, incidental, collateral, exemplary, consequential or special damages or losses that may result from the use or
installation of the Digital Link.

• We do not warrant the Digital Link will be error-free, that the defects will be corrected or that the service will be free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not make any representations or warranties regarding the use or the results of the use of the Digital Link in terms of its correctness or results to be achieved.

Ownership ad Use of the Service.

• The materials made available on or through the Digital Link are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, including all images and digital 3D model information available for viewing. Except as set forth herein, the use of any material available on or through the Digital Link is strictly
prohibited.”
